Resolving problems we already solved

I will take a series of solutions in their end states and try and solve it as though it has yet to be solved

I hope it's fun

So I have a simple plan, I will take a solution to a problem or a product or even a feature in its current state, I will then with only the constraint of how the solution should look like, try and solve it in my own "novel" way, what I am trying to achieve is simple. Extreme amounts of fun

The rules?

  1. No AI
  2. Solutions must be explainable in a sense and attainable (so something like how the inner working a of a ticket machine works is preferable to what is inside the black box of LLMs)
  3. Document the findings and the solutions in a devlog on adediiji.uk
  4. Seek out a professional to verify how your findings are imperfect or open new doors for exploring a different solution

Let us start

I will be adding a list of problems and my explorations below for quick access

  1. Implementing my own OCR

Looking forward to how exciting or painful, (perhaps both) this will turn out.
